Shipping Policy

 All in stock orders will be shipped via UPS/FedEx within 3 business days from date of payment. Delivery dates and shipping costs are estimated based upon the availability of the items, total weight, shipping method and shipping destination.

The following issues may delay the delivery of your package:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Shipping address does not match billing address
  • Payment delay or credit card verification issues
  • Carrier failure to deliver (i.e. severe weather conditions)

Most packages that ship from Vista IT require a signature at delivery, but some packages may be left at the delivery address without a signature. If you have any questions related to this policy, please contact Vista IT prior to your order shipping.

 

Return Policy

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Please contact support for further instructions to request a Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet the following guidelines:

  • Fill out the return Merchandise Form and include it in the return along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
  • Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Returned or exchanged products must have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Items from the following cannot be returned:

  • Software that has been opened or unwrapped.
  • Downloadable software that has been activated.
